This Website is an independent affiliate marketing platform. We do not:

• Create, film, record, or photograph any content involving real human performers;
• Host any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct on our servers;
• Employ, contract, or otherwise engage any performers;
• Maintain any records of performers' ages or identities, because no actual performers exist.

Nature of the Depicted Content

All characters, avatars, imagery, voices, and personas referenced on the Website or produced by the third-party AI services we promote are entirely computer-generated. They are not real persons. Specifically:

• Character images are synthesized by artificial intelligence models;
• Character personalities and conversations are generated by large language models;
• Voice output, when provided, is produced by text-to-speech or neural voice synthesis systems;
• No real human being is depicted, filmed, recorded, or otherwise involved in the creation of the AI-generated content;
• All characters are fictional and represented to be 18 years of age or older.

Because no actual person participates in the creation of the content, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply. Section 2257 applies only to depictions of "actual sexually explicit conduct" by real persons. Computer-generated content featuring non-existent fictional characters falls outside that scope.

About 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Title 18, United States Code, Section 2257 (and its implementing regulations in 28 C.F.R. Part 75) require producers of certain visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct by real persons to maintain records verifying each performer's identity and age. The statute expressly addresses depictions of "actual" human beings and does not reach fictional computer-generated characters.
