Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a takedown request, include:

Counter-Notification

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users or accounts deemed to be repeat infringers.

False Claims Warning

Under 17 U.S.C. §512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
